In This Demo – Vision and Pick n’ Place

From Asyrils internal team: The developed demonstrator with the Asycube 80 flexible feeder and the Mecademic Scara MCS500 robot showcases an assembly application of compact electronic pins.

In This Demo – Pin Pick and Place

The pins are randomly strewn about the Asycube 240. 

From there, the Eye+ Snapshots the assortment and ideal pins for placement.

From there the Meca500 picks the pins identified by the Eye+ and places them sequentially in the pin tray.

 Omron LD-90 and TMC130 Demo

In This Demo: AMR Material Handling

CtrlX Core using MQTT and Postgres Database via Node Red to monitor and control Omron LD90 mobile robot. Web-based HMI with imbedded Grafana Dashboard to view status of robot/jobs and send new commands. Mobile robots are used to autonomously pick up and deliver parts/carts around a facility

Yaskawa GP8

Yaskawa GP8 with Shunk dual EGK electric grippers. Showcasing the robots machine tending capabilities. Open cell design using Omron light curtains & area scanner to allow the robot to slow down and stop safety if an operator needs to interact with the cell. HTM bar lights are used to indicate the robot’s status.

Schunk Tool Changer with Yaskawa GP4

In This Demo – Agile Pick and Place

In this video, the Yaskawa Motoman GP4 will be performing a pick and place application.

The initial grab will be done with the Schunk 2-jaw gripper.

Part way through the sequence, the Schunk tool changer will dynamically switch out the 2-jaw for the 3-jaw gripper.

In This Demo – Indexed Pallet Placement

Omron i4H SCARA sorting vials. Using ACE Sight to refine the part position and orientation. Omron V430 barcode reader is used to read the data matrix on each vile and sort into their appropriate pallets. Showcasing the robots speed, vision, & flexibility to work with external sensors.
