Meca500 6-Axis Industrial Robot

The Meca500 is the world’s smallest, most compact and most precise 6-axis industrial robot arm. Unlike the typical industrial robot, which is a complex, standalone system that is to be programmed via proprietary programming language and interface, the Meca500 is controlled as an automation component.

Built with precision machined aluminum and zero-backlash gearboxes, the Meca500 has a repeatability of 5μm. Ideal applications for the Meca500 include precision assembly, testing and inspection, microprecision positioning, material handling, and dispensing.
