Dorner's Conveyor Solutions
Dorner's conveyor solutions consist of fabric and modular belt, flexible chain, pallet system, and sanitary/stainless steel options.
1100 Series Conveyors
The 1100 series miniature belt conveyor is ideal for small or lightweight product movement, and medical, pharmaceutical, and life science applications. It is the industry's smallest conveyor, and this low profile enables the conveyor to fit into the tightest of spaces, freeing up valuable floor space.
2200 Series Conveyors
The 2200 series consists of low profile, high performance fabric and modular belt conveyors that feature a high-speed nose bar transfer option, a durable single piece frame design, universal T-slots, and a wide range of belting and guiding options. These conveyors are ideal for small to medium part handling, transfers, accumulation, positioning, and automated and manual assembly.
3200 Series Conveyors
3200 series conveyors are heavy-duty, low maintenance belt conveyors with heavy load and high-speed capabilities. These conveyors are ideal for larger part handling, accumulation, high speeds, long runs, product transfers, and packaging applications.
FlexMove conveyors are modular in nature, allowing you to configure them to your exact need and specification. These systems are capable of multiple curves, as well as inclines and declines on a single conveyor. FlexMove conveyors can also be configured to be alpine, helix, twist, and wedge systems. There are also a variety of options for cleats, rollers, friction pads, steel tops, anti-static and fabric belts.
7x Series (Sanitary, Stainless Steel) Conveyors
The 7x series of conveyors, also known as AquaGard and AquaPruf systems, are food handling conveyors designed for fast and effective sanitation and protection from contamination. They meet the sanitary standards of the Baking Industry Sanitary Standards Committee (BISSC), National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), 3A, USDA, and other FDA regulations.
Pallet System Conveyors
Dorner's pallet system conveyors help simplify product flow and control with features such as a unique pin tracking system, industry compatible pallet sizes and innovative modules. They are ideal for manual and automated assembly, product inspection and testing, and product routing and control.
