This conveyor is ideal for applications that call for pallet or tray handling, no- and low-back pressure accumulation, and medium to heavy load assembly automation. Additionally, it is ISO Class 4 approved, making it a perfect solution for medical product or device manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and more.

The conveyor’s rollers are driven by an energy-efficient, patent-pending linear gearbox that provides users added flexibility with zoning and motor positioning. This also allows zone and slip roller operation. Non-contact zone control eliminates pallet stops and pneumatic valves, but slip rollers can also be used for full length runs with conventional pneumatic pallet stops. Additionally, individual rollers can be replaced without affecting the remaining portions of the conveyor.
